Smart Fit offering their customers free Express Shipping across Pakistan. Shipping costs of products are based on weight and it is calculate at the time of selecting the required items. It is reflect the policies and procedures of the courier companies of Smart Fit offering. The total weights will be rounded up to the next full kg weight as policies of courier companies.
The Shipping cost to most of regions internationally will be charged are USD 25 for the 1 piece USD 30 for 2 pieces USD 35 for 3 and USD 40 for 4 and more pieces. Certain regions may customer bare higher charges e.g. Australia, South America etc.
The given prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Moreover, any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
If the parcel is stuck in customs, which it usually does not happen then the brand will not be responsible. In light of current events and situation throughout the county due to Covid-19, our shipping policy is as follows:
Smart Fit are offering Free Express Shipping across Pakistan. Due to the Covid-19 paramedic circumstances, customers will usually receive their order in 7-14 working days after the confirmation of order. After your payment, confirm authorized authority. It can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship them. Additionally, this is just an estimate time and there does not include weekends and holidays. Smart Fit do not ship to P.O Boxes therefore please avoid P.O Boxes. The delivery of stuff can take longer time as describe above in remote areas of Pakistan. The Smart Fit holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and also during a time period of high volume that are includes season launches, sale, and other promotions activities.
All international orders will ship through PS/FedEx/TCS and the stuff deliverer in 10-21 working days after the confirmation of order. After client payment, confirm by authorized authority. It may take up to 2 days to process your order and ship the required stuff or package. It is only an estimate time span and there does not include weekends and unintentional holidays. Additionally, after placing your order you will receive an email from us with details of your order number and order tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied us). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order details with Courier Company or us as well.

I TRIED PLACING MY ORDER USING MY CREDIT CARD BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THE CARD?
Please check your bank/credit card account first ensure, if your account has debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately will not be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you, otherwise please get back to us. If the money has credited to our account, we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timeline are as below:

However, we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with smartfit.com.pk. if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, do not Worries!!, you can buy any product in exchange (excluding sale items) to your previous order.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on +92-324-4208643 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday) or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 14 days, from the date of order.
However, you must understand that we cannot bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C’mon, that is just fair!

What items can I buy in exchange?
Any product or products (except sale items) can bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
How soon can I expect the exchanged product?
Exchanged product is dispatch as soon as the returned item or items have passed product inspection. Generally, we will not take more than 72 hours after receiving the order. In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and SMS or Phone call.
Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value?
No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item or items in value.
Will I charged for exchange?
There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item or items of same or higher value. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will be applicable on products belonging to fabricoplus.com. Add-on program, nominal cash handling charges will be applicable. COD and cash handling charges are non-refundable.
Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?
Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
Can I re-exchange?
